| HGS Awarded Tennessee Valley Authority Contract |

HGS Engineering has been awarded a contract by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to provide a State of Utah licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to assist the TVA in closing the Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System (CAMDS) at the Deseret Chemical Depot in Tooele County, Utah. The TVA-CAMDS mission is to demolish the CAMDS facility and dispose/recycle the waste and other materials in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. HGS Engineering will provide assistance to the TVA by independently reviewing and certifying the closure process. |

| HGS Engineering has been awarded a contract by the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) to perform environmental training workshops on best management practices (BMPs) for hazardous materials and waste management. In addition, the workshops will focus on site-specific Installation Spill Contingency Plans (ISCPs) for spill response procedures. |

| HGS Awarded Base Ordering Agreement with US Air Force |

HGS Engineering has been awarded a Base Ordering Agreement with the US Air Force Biomedical Command to investigate, manage, abate, and monitor asbestos in Air Force facilities world-wide. Task Order #1 has been issued to remove and dispose of asbestos at the Langley Air Force Base, Virginia medical treatment facility. |

HGS Engineering has been awarded environmental audits of eleven Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities in three states: Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. HGS is already involved in conducting environmental audits of VA facilities in South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. |
